We collect your email address when you sign up to our newsletter. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter we remove your email address from our database.

When you place an order you can create an account and your personal data (name, delivery address, email address) is stored along with your order details so that we can offer support and you can access your order list and invoices.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.  We use cookies only for the functionality of the website and never store personal information.

We don’t collect any analytics data.  If we ever need to, we will ask your permission.

If you place an order on our site we store your email address in a secure service in order to manage your purchases. 

You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
